①Period from order to delivery
・In the case of "selected products", it will be shipped about 1 to 6 weeks from the order date, and about 2 to 3 weeks on average.
Shipping may be delayed due to a large number of orders, replacement of defective products, and shipping work. Thank you for your understanding.

・In the case of multiple orders, only combined shipping is available.
If you would like to receive it sooner, please place separate orders.
・All information is based on business days. On Saturdays and Sundays, we do not carry out backorders or deliveries.

・The color of the product may differ from the image due to indoor lighting conditions. Also, please understand that the characteristics of each monitor may differ before purchasing.
・There may be fraying, small scratches, small stains, or imperfections in the end of the thread in inconspicuous areas such as the lining.
・The pattern may not be in the same position or orientation as the image, but it is not a defective product.
・Some items may not have tags.
・We cannot accept returns or exchanges of used or cleaned items if they have an odor.
・In the case of interior products, there may be scratches, traces of painting, slight peeling, air bubbles, etc. during the process, but it is a defective product.
《If you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered》
If the delivered product is found to be defective, or if a product different from what you ordered has been delivered, we may return it or exchange it for the same product.
Please note that if you do not contact us within 5 days after the product arrives, we cannot accept returns.
If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.
