QWhat types of payment are there?
ACredit card, convenience store payment, next month deferred payment, carrier payment, and Rakuten Pay are available.


QDelivery fee
AIt will be 810 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Free shipping for purchases over 13,000 yen (tax included).

TEA ROOM is not eligible for free shipping.

QDelivery
Products listed in A Selected Products: Approximately 1 to 6 weeks after confirmation of payment. Ships within 2-3 weeks on average.
Immediate delivery product: Approximately 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed Pre-ordered product / production product: Shipped around the schedule described on the product page * There is no shipment on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
*It may take longer than usual to ship or deliver due to warehouse congestion, weather and traffic conditions. Please note.


QChanging order details/delivery address/payment method
AAfter payment is completed, shipping arrangements will be made immediately, so in principle changes cannot be made.

QConfirmation of order history
AIf you are a registered member, you can check your order history from My Page.
*Please note that if you change your email address after completing your order, you will not receive an automatic shipping completion email.


QI want to cancel
AWe cannot accept cancellations or changes after the order has been confirmed, so please check the details of your order once more.


QI want to change the product
AIn the case of product exchange, if there is a problem due to a manufacturing defect. Or it will be only when there is damage due to transportation and shipping mistake.
* However, it will be a product within 5 days after delivery completion.
